Medical massage for auto-related injuries is a targeted therapeutic treatment designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, and support soft-tissue recovery following a motor-vehicle accident. Each session is structured around your physician’s diagnosis and treatment plan to ensure safe, goal-oriented care that addresses conditions such as whiplash, muscle strain, nerve compression, or postural dysfunction resulting from the collision.
A doctor’s diagnosis and referral are required prior to treatment, and your PIP (Personal Injury Protection) claim must be open. Insurance information must be provided before your first appointment so that treatment can be appropriately coordinated and supported.
We do not bill non-auto injury related health insurance directly, but clients may be able to submit their treatment receipts to their insurance for reimbursement. Coverage and eligibility vary by plan — please confirm directly with your insurance provider or HSA/FSA ahead of treatment.
This service is designed to help you return to comfort, function, and confidence during your healing journey after an accident.

Caring for others has always been a core passion in my life. My journey began in the assisted living field as a teenager and eventually led me to pursue massage therapy in 2011. Supporting clients on their path to healing and well-being brings me immense joy, and I am deeply grateful for the trust they place in me.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both therapeutic and relaxation massage. I had the privilege of working alongside two highly experienced Chiropractic Physicians, where I developed specialized skills in recovery and pain management.
Today, in Vancouver and Newberg, I bring that knowledge together with my background in spa services to create a unique massage experience—one that blends effective therapeutic techniques with deep relaxation.
Whether your goal is to reduce pain, ease tension, or simply restore balance, each session is customized to support your body’s natural ability to heal.

My sessions combine deep, effective bodywork with nervous system regulation. I draw from deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and intuitive touch, always working collaboratively with your body rather than forcing change.
I also love offering practical tools you can take into daily life, like self-massage techniques, stretches and yoga that apply to your personal concerns, and ergonomic adjustments to help extend the benefits of our work together.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. I encourage you to notice what your body communicates through sensation, emotion, boundaries, and discomfort.
I see bodywork as an intentional process of release and
reassessment, letting go of what is no longer serving you while creating more ease, awareness, and balance in the body.
We will address your concerns and reflect on what might be
contributing to them.
My path into this work began while studying Psychology in college, when I discovered yoga and experienced how profoundly it can shift both body and mind. That curiosity led me to become a Registered Yoga Teacher and eventually to East West College, where I graduated in 2014 and
began over a decade of hands-on work in massage therapy.
After the birth of my first son in 2021, my focus expanded into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. I trained as a Birth Doula and completed training in prenatal, birth, and postpartum massage.
Supporting people through this transformative season of life has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
Outside of bodywork, I enjoy cooking and baking treats, restorative yoga, and staying active outdoors with my husband and two sons.
