Contract Position

We are seeking a professional, self-directed Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness studio as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a practitioner who values autonomy while working within a supportive, client-centered wellness environment.

Practitioners operate their own independent practice while offering services within the studio space.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients
• Maintain professional standards of care and client communication
• Manage client treatment plans within scope of practice
• Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of treatment space
• Document sessions as appropriate for professional standards
• Maintain active massage license and professional liability insurance
• Manage personal schedule and availability

Contractor Status

This position is an independent contractor role. Practitioners operate their own business and maintain full autonomy over their services, techniques, and professional practice.

Studio Environment

Our studio provides a calm, professional setting designed to support both practitioners and clients. Contractors benefit from working within an established wellness community while maintaining independence in their work.

Studio Onboarding (Offered)

To support a smooth integration into the studio environment, onboarding support is offered:

• Introduction to studio operations and client flow
• Review of sanitation and room care standards
• Overview of scheduling and booking platform
• Client experience expectations within the studio
• Opportunity to provide a demonstration session to ensure practitioner-client fit

This onboarding is designed to familiarize contractors with the studio environment and support a consistent client experience.
