 To support healing and relaxation for all, please:

• Speak softly in all common areas
• Avoid lingering conversations in the lobby
• Refrain from knocking on doors

 Please silence your phone before entering the studio.

• No calls, speakerphone, video chats, or texting in common areas
• If you must take a call, step outside quietly

 For safety and to ensure a calm environment:

• Children and infants are not permitted in the waiting areas or treatment rooms
• Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment

• Keep voices low in common areas
• Do not enter any treatment room until your practitioner invites you
• Only use restrooms and seating areas designated for clients

 Please reschedule if:

• You’re feeling ill
• You have a fever, contagious condition, or new cough
• Please speak to your provider regarding their specific policies

Your provider reserves the right to refuse service if illness is present.

• Avoid strong perfumes, colognes, or scented body sprays
• Many clients are sensitive to fragrances

• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
• Any form of harassment or boundary violation will result in immediate termination of the session

• Please enter quietly, especially if another session is in progress
• Do not bring food into the studio
• Water is allowed but please secure lids
