Love Our Practice was born from a shared journey through India and a deep devotion to yoga, mindfulness, and human connection. Founded by Ra and Wyle, whose paths converged through travel, curiosity, and a love for the practice, this offering is rooted in inspiration, exploration, and heart-centered teaching.
Ra brings a warm, playful, and deeply accessible approach to yoga. Certified in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, her classes empower students of all levels to feel at home in their bodies and connected to their inner light. Wyle, grounded in the philosophy and spiritual roots of yoga, weaves meditation and mindful movement into his offerings, reminding students of the sacred in the everyday, one breath at a time. Both Ra & Wyle are both 500+ HR RYT.
