Caring for others has always been a core passion in my life. My journey began in the assisted living field as a teenager and eventually led me to pursue massage therapy in 2011. Supporting clients on their path to healing and well-being brings me immense joy, and I am deeply grateful for the trust they place in me.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both therapeutic and relaxation massage. I had the privilege of working alongside two highly experienced Chiropractic Physicians, where I developed specialized skills in recovery and pain management.
Today, in Newberg, I bring that knowledge together with my background in spa services to create a unique massage experience—one that blends effective therapeutic techniques with deep relaxation.
Whether your goal is to reduce pain, ease tension, or simply restore balance, each session is customized to support your body’s natural ability to heal.

During the scheduling process, clients are asked to place a credit card on file.
First time clients must complete the emailed intake forms before services can be provided.
As Health Care Workers, we have taken an oath to do no harm and that begins with gathering information that allows us to know if certain modalities are indicated or contraindicated for each individual.
It also allows us to put a customized treatment plan together based on each individual's massage and coaching needs.
Returning clients are asked to update their intake forms when they have had a significant health change that could impact how massage and coaching are received.
Pre-payments are final and non-refundable.
If client needs to cancel 24 hours prior to their appointment, a credit will be added to their account, allowing for the pre-paid service to be used at a later date.
If a client intends to pay with cash, we ask they bring exact amount as we do not hold cash on site.
We kindly ask that our clients provide notice of cancellation as soon as possible so we have time to make efforts to fill that time slot. If cancellation is given 24 hours or less before appointment, a cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card held on file.
If client is running late to their session, we cannot guarantee the full service time will be met.
We will always do our best to provide the full service time as long as it does not interfere with the next appointment on the schedule.
Coaching does not take the place of health care. Our providers are not doctors and are not able to prescribe or diagnose. Our providers will gladly work alongside your current provider in effort to establish a team that will offer support for your individual needs.
For a variety of reasons, both the client and therapist have the right to refuse service at any point in time before or during the session.
Charges will still apply for any service time provided.
For the safety of both the client and therapist, client must be mobile enough to safely make transitions on and off the table as well as turning over while receiving massage.
Additional safety measures include a table weight limit of 350lbs.
The safety of both client and therapist is of the greatest importance to us.
In this health care setting, we strive to offer professionalism, cleanliness, thoughtfulness, & quality.
We offer proper draping as outlined in Oregon state law (no exceptions).
We will not engage with behavior that does not support a safe and professional environment.
Our clients have the right to know what service they are receiving. They have the right to determine comfort level and for that to be honored while under the care of their therapist.
Our clients have the right to know that their therapist will be acting in their best interest and will not be providing service or advice that is outside of the therapist's scope of practice.
We only offer 40 minute treatment massage sessions for minors 14 years old and up. The intake form must be completed by guardian and signed by guardian before initial session. Guardian is to remain on the premise while massage is being provided.
Welcome it in with a warm and cozy pumpkin spice hot stone massage.
